nexus one - google nexus one released

he ‘Android press conference’ scheduled for January 5, 2010 in Mountain view, California will discuss about the possibilities and performance of Android for smartphone. But it is speculated that Google has prepared to launch its smart phone “Nexus One” which would be sold by Google directly.

“Nexus one” is in news since it was reported that Google employee are using it internally for testing purpose. Google has planned to sell this phone directly to customer and not to tie with any telecom carrier.

But in the conference invitation the company has not revealed this plan of release. In the invitation it says "With the launch of the first Android-powered device just over a year ago, we've seen how a powerful, open platform can spur mobile product innovation. And this is just the beginning of what's possible."

Goggle’s open source Android is adopted by many telecom carriers and manufacturers in US. The share of Android in US smartphone market is relatively low but its share is rising.(www.khabrein.info)
